Transitioning from seven years in the medical sector, Morgan brings a unique skill set and resilience to the blue-collar workforce. With an associate’s degree in Applied Science, she was among the first three females in Cummins' Power Generation Technical Apprenticeship Program.

Katie Blaalid is the Regional Sales Manager at Bekaert Corporation, where she focuses on helping customers reduce embodied carbon through sustainable concrete reinforcement solutions. With over 12 years in construction and six years as an active of NAWIC Denver Metro, she currently serves as Vice President. Outside of work, Katie enjoys family time, outdoor activities in Colorado, book club, supper club, and fitness classes.

Sarah Kotzen is a Project Accountant with Gilbane Building Company’s Federal Division, supporting government construction projects with a strong focus on transparency and fiscal accountability. She’s a devoted mother of three, an active PTO board member and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and biking. Now serving her second term as Treasurer, Sarah is committed to promoting opportunities for women in construction and strengthening the chapter’s financial health.

Connie Gentle is the Regional Sales Manager for Sunbelt Rentals Power & HVAC in the Pacific Northwest, leading a high-performing team that delivers custom, efficient power and climate-control solutions.

Known for her bold, relationship-driven leadership, she focuses on boosting team performance, elevating customer experiences, and building strong partnerships across industries. She spends significant time in the field, coaching sales reps, branch managers, and service teams with an emphasis on planning, communication, and follow-through to achieve exceptional results.

With over 10 years in sales, business development, construction operations, and leadership—including roles as National Sales Director, Project Director, Business Development Manager, and small business founder—Connie brings strategic insight, resilience, and creative problem-solving to complex challenges.

A passionate advocate for women in construction, she serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Denver NAWIC Chapter #112, supporting inclusion, growth, and empowerment in the industry.

Connie is also active in community safety and veteran initiatives. Outside work, she enjoys skiing, horseback riding, and time with her family—her biggest source of motivation.

Jacque McLain is a National Account Manager at 1-800-Pack-Rat LLC with over 40 years in the construction sector. As the first female in her role, she provides portable storage solutions for the U.S. construction and remodeling industry while managing regional accounts in the west. In her free time, Jacque enjoys hiking with her dog, exploring the mountains, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves good wine, cooking nutritious meals, and is a proud Air Force grandma.

Beverly Rice is a results-driven construction professional with 14 years of experience in project management and business development. She excels in leadership, risk management, and problem-solving, ensuring project success. Known for her analytical skills and strong client relationships, Beverly also enjoys spending time with her three daughters and two grandsons, riding motorcycles in Colorado, knitting, gardening, and caring for her rescue dogs: Harley, Mouse, Juan, Peppe, and Lou Lou.
