Join us as we close out WIC WEEK 2026 on Friday, March 6th, 2026, with an engaging open discussion luncheon that promises to be both informative and inspiring. This event will serve as a platform to recap and reflect on the vibrant community conversations that have taken place during Women in Construction Week. We are honored to have Hazel Bolsover as participate in this open discussion. Hazel, who served as the Chartering President of the Metropolitan Denver Chapter No. 112 from 1965, is not only a pioneering figure in our community but also an active retired member who continues to contribute her wisdom and experience to the industry.
Hazel was recognized for her outstanding contributions with a prestigious lifetime achievement award in 2025, a testament to her dedication and influence within the construction sector. Throughout her career, she has gained invaluable insights into the evolving landscape of the construction industry, particularly highlighting the significant strides made since 1965 in the Metropolitan Denver area, which is beautifully situated in the heart of the Rocky Mountain Region.
During the luncheon, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, share their own experiences, and learn collectively by collaborating a shared extensive knowledge base. This gathering aims to foster a sense of community and collaboration among women in construction and in the trades, encouraging networking, support among peers, and allyship across industries.
As we reflect on the progress made over the decades, we will also explore the challenges that remain and how we can collectively work towards a more inclusive and equitable future in the construction field. We invite everyone to participate in this enriching experience and contribute to the ongoing dialogue about the role of women in construction.
WIC Week 2026 Friday Finale is dedicated to honoring Amber Czech's Memory.
