What to Expect

During the class, participants will learn a range of self-defense techniques, including how to escape from holds, defend against common attacks, and utilize their environment to their advantage. The curriculum is designed to be practical and relevant, focusing on scenarios that individuals may encounter in everyday life. In addition to physical techniques, the class will also cover important topics such as recognizing potential threats, de-escalation strategies, and the importance of maintaining a confident demeanor.

Empowerment and Confidence Building

One of the primary goals of this self-defense class is to empower participants by instilling a sense of confidence and self-assurance.
